FLEXOFFICE PHILIPPINES CREATIVE PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST 2020

Aim to reciprocate the support & trust of customers, FlexOffice & Colokit brands honor to hold photography contest with the name “FLEXOFFICE CREATIVE PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST 2020” as a tribute to the customers. The contest is a place you can explode your new ideas with FlexOffice or Colokit products; and at the same time, receiving many valuable & attractive rewards.

• Participants:

- Open for all Filipinos from 13 – 40 years old (Below 18 required a parental consent)

• Area:

- Nationwide

• Time:

-    Submission of Entry: August 08, 2020 to August 28, 2020 (Extend to September 08, 2020)
-    Voting period: September 10, 2020 to September 17, 2020
-    Announcing winner period: September 18, 2020

• Mechanics:

- Participants are required to send: 2 Creative photos modeling our products and 1 Creative Photo for the items only

- Photos are not allowed to contain other trademarks/brand except FlexOffice and Colokit brands.

-  Photo Editing or Enhancement is allowed.  (Please remove any watermarks).

- You can have a model as long they are agreed with the terms and condition set by the organizer.

- Open for 13-40 years old (Below 18 required a parental consent)

- Photos should be sent in JPEG format, with high resolution

6. Product Review (Product Review of your product which was also your subject) & Explanation

(The submissions with insufficient information above are all invalid and not eligible to participate in the contest)

• Criteria for Judging:

- 95% Creative Photos

- 5% Product Review

• Disclaimer:

- By sending the entry, all entrants (and their respective parents and legal guardians including models) you agreed that you have read and you fully understand the terms and condition for this competition. 

• Terms and Condition:

- The author of the submission is solely responsible for the copyright and dispute over the copyright of the photos. The company has absolutely no responsibility whatsoever regarding copyright issues of the photos.

- The company has the right to use your photos for any marketing purposes and can be posted for the company’s website and social media accounts.

- You agreed that the company doesn’t have control for any negative or positive feedback that might comment on your photos.

- Once you have sent your entries you agreed that the company owned the photos but not liable for any copy rights in case someone reported us.

- You agreed that the company will not pay you for these photos (You have sent) in case they will be used in the marketing activity.

- You agreed that the company can re-edit or re-enhance your photos.

- You understand that the company is not liable if someone used your photos which are “NOT” related with the company.

- The company is not supporting Cyber bullying that is why the company has the right to remove or block anyone/ any posts that might cause a discrimination with the participants or the model.

- Contestants below 18 years old should secure and present a verified parental consent as set forth herein prior to the submission of his/her entry. (Photo of the letter with name and signature of the guardian or parents)

- The company is not liable for any negotiation between the Photographer and the Model.

- The submissions must have never been participated in any other contests, not displayed, exhibited, published on publications, books, magazines or on any mass media channels

- There is no limit to the number of entries available for each participant

Step 2: Creating your idea & taking 3 photos as the mechanics

- 2 Creative Photoss modeling our products and 1 Creative Photo for the items only

- Photos should be sent in JPEG format, with high resolution

Step 3: Submission

- Send the photos & the information to email: flexofficephotography2020@gmail.com

• Choosing winners process

Step 1: Screening

- We will collect all the submissions and choose the 40 best submissions to post on Facebook for voting.

Step 2: Choosing winners

- 1 prize voted by audiences – the submission with the highest number of votes will be chosen to become the winner

§  1 like (or reaction) = 1 voting (on FlexOffice Philippines fanpage)

- 3 other prizes ranked by Organizing Committee of FlexOffice based on these criteria:

§  95% Creative Photos

§  5% Product Review and photo explanation

• Awards:

- Highest number of votes prize: 1 prize: Cash (Value: 3,000 pesos) + 1 set of FlexOffice products

- First prize: 1 prize: Cash (Value: 5,000 pesos) + 1 set of FlexOffice products

- Second prize: 1 prize: Cash (Value: 3,000 pesos) + 1 set of FlexOffice products

- Third prize: 1 prize: Cash (Value: 2,000 pesos) + 1 set of FlexOffice products

Note:

- Top 100 submissions will be rewarded 50 pesos (load card) as supporting shipping fee when buying products online.
