THE 2020 FLEXOFFICE DRAWING CONTEST IN THE PHILIPPINES

In order to cooperate with Filipinos to control and raise awareness about the prevention of COVID-19 pandemic, FlexOffice hold Online Drawing Contest. Details are as follows:

• Subject: 

-     Protect health & Prevent COVID-19 pandemic

• Candidates: 

-      All Filipinos from 6 years old and above

•  Area:

-      Nationwide

• Time:

-      Receiving drawings period: May 05, 2020 to May 20, 2020 (Extend to May 25, 2020)

-      Voting period: May 28, 2020 to June 03, 2020

-      Announcing winners period: June 05, 2020

• Content: 

-   The content of the drawing should reflect the theme “Protect health & Prevent COVID-19 pandemic”, candidates can choose any contents such as: Health care, hygiene, specific jobs help to prevent and control COVID-19,…

• Format:

-     Any Materials or Medium can be used to draw or paint

-    Candidates can use pencils, pigments, crayons, oil paints, watercolors, markers, ballpoint pens and any other drawing tools

-   The submission must have never been participated in any other contests, not displayed, exhibited, published on publications, books, magazines or on any mass media channels

-   The author of the drawing is solely responsible for the copyright and dispute over the copyright of the drawing. FlexOffice has absolutely no responsibility whatsoever regarding copyright issues of the drawing.

-       Do not use application to edit or enhance the picture

-       The drawing must have full information in the email (or behind submission):

+      Name of the drawing

+      Message of the drawing

+      Full name

+      Date of birth

+      Phone number

+      Home address

+      Signature of author on submission

The submissions with insufficient information above are all invalid and not eligible to participate in the contest.

-       FlexOffice has the right to own and use all drawings of the contest to serve the propaganda after campaign.

• Applying process:
• Step 1: Drawing

+      Candidates draw picture to express the topic’s theme

•  Step 2: Scanning or taking photo

+      Requires clear, scanning or taking photo that show the full drawing, scanning or photo file in JPEG format, from 1Mb to 5Mb, without editing

• Step 3: Submission

+      Send scanning or photo file and personal information to email: flexoffice.drawingcontest@gmail.com

• Choosing winners process
• Step 1: Screening

+      FlexOffice will collect all the submissions and choose the 40 best submissions to post on Facebook for voting. 

• Step 2: Choosing winners

     +       1 prize voted by audiences – the submission with the highest number of votes will be chosen to become the winner

§  1 like = 1 voting (on FlexOffice Philippines fanpage), 1 share = 2 voting (on FlexOffice Philippines fanpage) 

+      3 other prizes ranked by Organizing Committee of FlexOffice based on these criteria:

§  50% Creativity / Originality

§  25% Theme / Abiding with theme 

§  20% Neatness / Finishing, Detail

§  5% Color scheme

• Awards:

-       Highest number of votes prize: 1 prize

+      Cash (Value: 10,000 pesos) + 1 Backpack + 1 FlexOffice T-shirt + 1 pencil case + set of FlexOffice & Colokit products

-       First prize: 1 prize

+      Cash (Value: 10,000 pesos) + 1 Backpack + 1 FlexOffice T-shirt + 1 pencil case + set of FlexOffice & Colokit products

-       Second prize: 1 prize

+      Cash (Value: 5,000 pesos) + 1 Backpack + 1 FlexOffice T-shirt + 1 pencil case + set of FlexOffice & Colokit products

-       Third prize: 1 prize

+      Cash (Value: 2,000 pesos) + 1 Backpack + 1 FlexOffice T-shirt + 1 pencil case + set of FlexOffice & Colokit products

-       The Organizing Committee of FlexOffice has 4 judges to score the submissions from beginning to the end
